We take quality seriously and ensure every product meets our high standards before reaching our customers. Every product undergoes a 3-step quality check process:
- Manufacturing Defects Check – Each product is inspected for defects immediately after manufacturing. Only items that pass this inspection are moved to our warehouse.
- Pre-Packaging Inspection – Before packaging, our team conducts a full inspection to ensure the product is flawless, the size is accurate, and the correct product, color, and quantity are ready for shipment.
- Final Packaging Verification – After packaging, a final check ensures the correct product, color, quantity, and packaging size. This step verifies that the product fits properly in its packaging and is ready for safe delivery to the customer.
Packaging & Inspection Recording
Every inspection, including size, color, quantity, and packaging checks, is recorded using our in-house camera setup. This ensures accountability and transparency, allowing us to verify the condition of products before they leave our facility.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth process:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Only items found defective, damaged, or not as described are eligible for replacement or refund, subject to verification by our quality team.
- Certain categories or product types may be exempt from returns or refunds, and any such exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Important: Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging may not be accepted for return or refund.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid loss or damage during transit.
A 95% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This means that refunds will only be 95% of the order value.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Failure to use the correct address may result in delays or non-acceptance of the return.
4. Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Refunds will be issued at 95% of the order value, after deducting the restocking fee.
If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or video, to verify the issue.
Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Packaging Opening Video (Customer Responsibility)
To help us verify the condition of the product and ensure smooth processing of your return, we request that customers record a video while opening the package.
The video should clearly show the packaging, the product inside, its size, color, quantity, and condition at the time of receipt.
This video will help us quickly verify the product’s condition and process your refund or exchange without delays.
6. Refund/Exchange Timeline
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days at 95% of the order value.
Exchange requests, if approved, will be shipped to you within 5–7 business days of approval.
Delays in shipping or processing may occur during high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any such delays.
