We offer a wide range of men’s and women’s clothing, including kurtis, tops, full sets, and accessories. We also have exclusive collections like Kordex Elite Embroideries for premium designs.
2. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select your product, choose size and quantity, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.

We accept payments via Phonepe PG, which supports:

- Net Banking
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

Yes. We use Phonepe PG a trusted payment gateway in India, to ensure all transactions are encrypted and safe. Additional verification may be required for security purposes.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free delivery is available for all domestic orders in India.
International orders are shipped at standard rates, which will be calculated during checkout.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.
7. What is your return policy?
For returns, please contact our support team. They will guide you through the process and ensure your request is handled promptly.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after placing them and before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, exchanges are not available, but we are working on it and will introduce this feature soon.

Yes, you can use Kordex Rewards, but currently it is limited, and most advanced loyalty program features are still being rolled out.

Each product page has a detailed size chart. Please refer to it before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
14. Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping address can be modified only before the order is shipped. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your address.
15. Are your products suitable for gifting?
Yes! All products are perfect for gifting. You can also request gift packaging by contacting our support team at the time of order.
